Tuning Up the Guitalele: The Complete Guide to Finding and Using a 6-String Ukulele Tuner Online

When you strum a 6-string ukulele—often affectionately called a guitalele, guitar-ukulele, or 6-string tenor ukulele—you get the best of both worlds: the compact, travel-friendly portability and sweet, cheerful chime of a ukulele combined with the rich, expansive chord voicings and extended range of a classical guitar.

Whether you’re dealing with a brand-new instrument whose nylon strings are still stretching, or prepping for a beachside jam session, knowing how to use a reliable online tuner is essential.
